Shipping Policy:

Domestic orders from Next Chapter Studios to customers ship within 3 business days by USPS or UPS, unless otherwise noted.

Return Policies

Return Location:

Returns can be made by mail or exchanged in our local store in Albuquerque, NM, USA.

Return Timeframe:

Customers with valid purchases directly from Next Chapter Studio will have 30 days after the date of the customer receiving the order to contact Next Chapter Studio and initiate and process a return. This is extended to 45 days if the delivery was made on an official national holiday as designated by the United States Postal Service:

  • New Year’s Day: Monday, Jan. 2 (observed)
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day: Monday, Jan. 16
  • Presidents' Day: Monday, Feb. 20
  • Memorial Day: Monday, May 29
  • Juneteenth National Independence Day: Monday, June 19
  • Independence Day: Tuesday, July 4
  • Labor Day: Monday, Sept. 4
  • Columbus Day: Monday, Oct. 9
  • Veterans Day: Saturday, Nov. 11
  • Thanksgiving: Thursday, Nov. 23
  • Christmas: Monday, Dec. 25

Return Shipping Fees:

Customers will be required pay for the return shipping costs associated with returning any products requested for a refund, including shipping fees and packaging to ensure safe delivery back to Next Chapter Studio's location in Albuquerque, NM. Returned products that are damaged due to improper packaging or boxing will not be refunded.

Return Countries:

Next Chapter Studio will only process returns from the following countries:

  • United States
  • Canada

Next Chapter Studio will process returns and refunds of direct orders that meet the following criteria:

Product Quality Issues:

It is the nature of Risograph printing to produce variations and inconsistencies between print runs, therefore some color misalignment and offset is natural and expected. However, if a customer purchased a new product directly from Next Chapter Studio that they believe is:

  • not of satisfactory quality given Risograph printing standards
  • the wrong product(s)
  • damaged during shipping

Please contact us using the form below or on our Instagram messages. We will email you back within 3 business days asking for a photo for reference.  

Incorrect or Wrong Order Placed:

If a customer mistakingly ordered an incorrect product, Next Chapter Studio will gladly exchange for any equivalent product(s) of equal or lesser cost, given we receive the original products back in good condition. 

Product Usage:

Next Chapter Studio will not process returns on used or re-sold products, only on new products ordered directly through Next Chapter Studio.
